Australia’s leading engineering and infrastructure firm came to us wanting full control and transparency over their travel program, as their traditional travel management solution was no longer working for them.
Our Approach
Working in partnership with our client we undertook a full strategic and operational analysis of all objectives. To meet the service, cost and control objectives of the business - an in-house travel solution was determined to meet all the requirements.
We assigned a full support team to the integration, including a Project Manager, Tech Support and Training Manager.
This team met weekly and ensured all aspects of the integration were supported and any issues addressed quickly. We took over the communications and system build, allowing the client to carry on business as usual until the full implementation of the department so they could focus on client key deliverables with no interruption to service.
Results
The client was seamlessly set up with an in-house travel department customised to their unique requirements. They now have full control over their travel resources and can immediately execute changes in policy when required.
