At Orbit World Travel, Christmas is a time for reflection, gratitude and giving back. Each year, instead of sending traditional Christmas gifts, we choose to support causes that align with our values and allow us to make a meaningful difference in the communities we are connected to.
This year, our focus extended both overseas and closer to home.
In the Philippines, we partnered with a local preschool where many children have limited access to basic learning supplies. For these students, simple resources can make a powerful difference to their early education experience.
Our donation helped fund essential items for the classroom, supporting both learning and play. Members of our team also had the opportunity to visit the school in person, delivering the supplies and spending time with the students and teachers. It was a deeply rewarding experience and a reminder of the impact that practical, community-led support can have.
Closer to home, we continued our long-standing partnership with RizeUp, a community organisation dedicated to supporting families impacted by domestic and family violence.
Through the generosity of our teams, Christmas gifts were provided for parents and children living in refuge during the festive season. For families facing incredibly difficult circumstances, these small moments of care and kindness can help bring comfort and a sense of normalcy at a challenging time of year.
Giving back is an important part of who we are at Orbit. Whether supporting education overseas or helping families within our own communities, we believe in using our collective efforts to create positive change.
